Shipping and Processing

Please note that our processing time can take up to 2-3 business days for regular orders. Processing time can take up to 15 days for wholesale or custom orders. You will receive your tracking number via email once your shipment has been processed and sent out for delivery. 

If any package is lost, stolen or not received, please allow up to 15 business days for claim filing. Please note, any refunds for lost items or items that haven't been received will require proper confirmation from your local post office. If confirmation is verified accurately, your refund will take 7-10 business days to process. No refunds will be given without proper claims reference.
