• What’s the difference between lash extensions and individuals?

Lash extensions consist of one single extension being attached to one single natural lash by a medical grade adhesive. There is no direct contact with the skin because this will cause burning and irritation. Lash extensions can be worn yearly, but it is recommended to get proper fill ins every 2 weeks. After every 3 fill in appointments , I recommend a removal and fresh set to keep buildup from occurring.

Individuals are clustered lashes that are placed on the top eyelid either above the lashes or below. They are placed directly on the skin with a specific lash bonding glue. Individuals last about 1-2 weeks. They CAN cause damage to the natural lash. 

• What’s the difference between hybrid and volume sets? 

Hybrid is a mixture of classic and volume extensions. It can be created to be more natural like a classic set or we can add a few more fans to get the set a little fuller. 

Volume consists of handmade / promade fans or premade fans; 2D-8D. This look was made to create a fuller, desired look. 

Mega Volume consists of handmade / promade or premade fans of 9D-20D+ . This look was created for a mega dramatic, voluminous lash appearance.

 

• How long do lash extensions last?

They can last however long you want them to as long as you get proper fills and keep them nice and clean.  Fills should be done every 2 weeks and you must have 50% of your lashes remaining. 

• What if I still have lashes after 2 weeks and want to come in for a 3 week fill?

There will be a $10 charge added to your fill price for 3 week fills. Anything after 3 weeks will be considered a full set.

 

 • Can I get my lashes wet? 

Yes. It is recommended that you wash them the same day you get them to remove any bacteria that may have accumulated. Or you can wait 24 hours(if you’re skeptical) but water won’t harm your lashes on the first day. 

• Do you take same-day appointments? 

Yes, if I have a slot open. It is an extra fee of $50 for same day appointments. 

• Do you do refunds or exchanges?

NO. 

• Do you transfer training deposits if a person can’t make it to the class they signed up for?

No. Deposits are nonrefundable. The only exception is a serious hospitalization with self or child, or an unexpected death in family. 

• Can I use a student discount and referral discount at the same visit?

No. You’re only allowed 1 discount per visit if you’ve earned it. 

• Do you do mentoring for first time business owners?

Yes. 

• How Long is beginner’s training? Do we have to bring a model? 

6-10 hours. Yes, for one on one and group trainings you’ll need your own model.

 
• Are you a wholesale distributor?

Yes

• How long is shipping for lashes? Wholesale?

All styles are on hand UNLESS we are sold out of inventory. 

If you’re purchasing lashes for personal use, processing time is 2-3 days and shipping is 2-3 business days.  
If you’re purchasing wholesale and paying up front, processing time is 2-4 business days and shipping is 3-5 business days. Paying on a finance plan, processing is 3-5 business days and shipping is 7-14 business days.
