Absolutely NO exchanges. Please make sure your order is correct before submitting. Double check all details to avoid any issues.
Refunds If an item has been shipped, there will be absolutely NO refunds. All items are inspected for any damage before shipments are sent out. If there is any damage during transit, we are not responsible.
Wholesale/Training - there are absolutely NO refunds.
No transfers!!!! If you pay a deposit for a class, you must attend that class or you will forfeit your deposit. There are NO refunds and all deposits are nonrefundable on classes and services. Please understand, this is company policy. No exceptions!!!
